Do-It Credit Card Holders
To Our VALUED CUSTOMERS:
As of October 31, 2005, the "Do-It Credit Card" will no longer be accepted
as a form of tender/payment at Beaver Creek Home Center in Port Alberni and Albertsons Home Center in Parksville. Citi Commerce 'the Provider' is terminating this credit card program.
This decision is beyond our control. Without recourse or reason, Citi
Commerce has terminated this card nationally.
We value you as our customer and understand the convenience of having
credit privileges. As an option we are attaching below our in-house credit
application for you. By completing all applicable areas of our application
you understand and accept the credit terms and we will process the
application through normal credit practices. You will be notified accordingly.
Note: The trade account application form
is in an easy-to-use Adobe PDF format (119K) and requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program.
We are actively searching for an alternate option which would offer an
account that would allow revolving credit, enabling you the option of
making minimum payments. Unfortunately this is not in place as of yet.
We trust that this transition will be smooth and regret any inconvenience
this may cause.
